Martin Conboy

Martin Conboy is the president of the Australian Business Process Outsourcing Association (ABPOA), set up to provide a unified and cohesive front for organisations and individuals who participate in the outsourcing sector. He is also a director of The Sauce BPO newswire and a co-founder of FooBooOnline.com.

Martin is an experienced executive with strong expertise within the recruitment, business process outsourcing (BPO), contact centre and telecommunications industries both in Australia and across the Asia Pacific region. He has expert knowledge in the new and developing field of on-line Social Media and research into this important marketing field, and extensive entrepreneurial experience in start-ups. He has worked and completed projects in Australia, Asia, the Middle East, UK, Ireland, USA and West Africa.

Martin has previously been the principal of a successful market research company (for 12 years) and well understands the application of research to the development of robust consumer and business offerings.
