Outsource magazine and the ACCA announce an exclusive partnership
Outsource Magazine

Outsource magazine, one of the world’s leading channels for outsourcing strategy and thought leadership, along with the ACCA, the global professional body for accountants, have powered into 2012 with a partnership designed to deliver the results of the ACCA’s Outsourcing Research project to the key decision-makers in the outsourcing space.

ACCA’S RESEARCH PROJECT

ACCA provides insights into finance function transformation that promotes thinking around optimal models for the delivery of finance and accounting services. Their shared services and outsourcing (SSO) programme is taking a comprehensive look at how organisational value is created through the use of SSO models as part of the target operating model for finance. It will identify critical initiatives to improve the management of remote finance and accounting models through training, organisational design, geographic considerations and other methods.

THE PARTNERSHIP

There are two key elements to the partnership:

Editorial: Both ACCA and Outsource magazine will provide each other with content at least four times per year to go in print, email and online. Additionally, Outsource will produce four OutsourceXplores quarterly content series (Summer 2012, Autumn 2012, Winter 2012 & Spring 2013) in association with the ACCA and other partners.

Marketing: Both ACCA and Outsource magazine will provide marketing support to each other in the form of partnership status, content promotion and more across print, email and online channels.

We are truly thrilled, and honoured, to be working with ACCA; the organisation’s current research program has already yielded great benefits and I am extremely excited about what lies ahead – as I am about our collaboration. As the leading title in the outsourcing space it is a logical fit for us, and I’m delighted to be able to bring ACCA’s insights and research findings to the Outsource audience over the next few quarters, as well as delivering some of the Outsource community’s own expertise to ACCA members in return.
